A free event organised by history lovers, for history lovers!

Everyone knows about the romans...but a lot happened in between!

Come and connect with local academics, authors and professional actors for a day of lectures celebrating the Tudors and sixteenth century Chester, set within the Elizabethan townhouse of Sir Peter Warburton. This is a free event between 10am and 6pm. Donations will be gratefully accepted, to help with the much needed funds, essential for the upkeep of this stunning Tudor building in Chester.

Tudor & Stuart Tours will also be setting off from the town hall to here...you'll even get to meet the king himself!

Some of our experts will be selling signed copies of their books.

Refreshments will be available to buy throughout the event.
